2013 Rendezvous - June 19-22, 2013
The 2013 GLANTOA Rendezvous is being held in Elk Rapids, MI on the East Arm of Grand Traverse Bay at the Edward C. Grace Harbor on Thursday June 20, Friday June 21, and Saturday June 22, beginning with Registration and cocktails and hors d'oeuvres at 4:30pm on Wednesday evening (the 19th). Jay Kraft, Bay Breeze Yacht Sales, is organizing this year's event.
While docked at this well protected marina, you will enjoy breath taking sunsets overlooking East Grand Traverse Bay, top-notch full service amenities, and the friendliest service on the Great Lake. The Village of Elk Rapids is just a few steps away.
This year's program will include some of our usual participants including staff from Cummins to answer our questions on our engines and to perform maintenance activities; the Fuel Doctor to educate us on diesel fuel and perform fuel analysis; and Dave Haynes of Boat Doctors Services. Returning for a third year will be Ryan Valerio teaching a short boat handling class for the Admirals. A wine tour has also been set-up for one evening. Fine food and drink will be provided as usual.
