GLANTOA!

2010 Rendezvous - June 24 - 27th, 2010

Lineup2

After holding the Rendezvous in Charlevoix for two years, the decision was made to hold the 2010 Rendezvous in a more central location and St. Ignace was chosen. This proved to be a great success with 22 boats attending and three other owner couples traveling by car. We were privileged to have the new 39' Nordic Tug at the meeting captained by Andy Lund, the President of Nordic Tug.

St. Ignace Municipal Marina was our host and they organized our slips so that we were grouped in one location. It was quite a sight to see 32', 37', 39', 42' and 54' Nordic Tugs lined up on both sides of the fairway. Owners came from Canada, Michigan, Wisconsin, Ohio, Illinois, Missouri, Indiana, Minnesota, and Florida with the furthest travelled award going to John and Larie Nelson in their 32 - Sjoman from Texas (looping). We were fortunate to be in St. Ignace at the same time as one of the largest car shows in the Midwest so were able to view some fantastic examples of workmanship on four wheels as well as on the water.
